My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor was enjoyable, though there were some drawbacks to consider. The location next to a massive mall made dining options plentiful, and the mall is very family-friendly. However, the staff's English skills have declined, and I was disappointed to find that the Regency Club no longer offers breakfast, which used to be a highlight.
